Suptabaddakonasana =Reclining Bound Angle Posture

Pranasana= Inward Flowing Energy Posture
Advanced asana class is great for yoga students looking for a challenge.
You will gain endurance and strenght and come away with a greater awareness of your strenghts. Builds Confidence.

KIRPALU YOGA
All LEVELS WELCOME
Suzanne is trained in Kripalu Yoga. She is also a Registered Nurse with twelve years of psychiatric nursing experience. Kripalu Yoga instruction components include: ensuring students grow at their own pace while receiving constant individualized assessment and feedback. Continuously monitoring correct alignment of postures while coordinating breath am movement. Suzanne instructs with non-judgmental, compassionate guidance, leading each student to their personal best.

CHILDREN / YOUTH ALL LEVELS!
Teaching Children's Yoga is one of Suzanne's greatest passions! She has extensive experience teaching Yoga to children with special needs. She brings to Yoga twelve years of child psychiatric experience. She believes that Yoga is a perfect fit for children with Autism, Asperger Syndrome, Anxiety, Depression and Pervasive Developmental Delays. Suzanne teaches Extra Special Yoga with unmatched love and compassion, believing that each child has strengths that can bloom in a safe and supportive space.
POWER YOGA TAUGHT WITH COMPASSION

POWER YOGA
Power Yoga at its best, guides you to focus your attention on inner sensations, thoughts and emotions. You learn to hold postures for longer periods of time while cultivating compasionate awareness. Sun Salutations afford intensive cardiac workout. Advanced asana (postures) can tone and strengthen every muscle in the body. Power Yoga should always allow challenge. Suzanne will demonstrate advanced yoga postures and allow the class the option to explore advanced asana.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
A VERY GENTLE YOGA CLASS
This class aims at healing the severly stressed
individual. Very gentle slow movements combined
with body breath awareness. Use of Guided Imagery to ensure relaxation.
We will use pillows blankets, yoga straps to support the body in a variety of restorative yoga postures.
You will leave feeling renewed!

SHIVA REA YOGA
The art of vinyasa flow. In this class we will use traditional yoga postures and use a sequence pattern of related poses which connect in a progression based upon: alignment, purpose and complexity of the poses. The sequence is initiated, sustained and interconnected through the rhythm of the inhale and exhale.
A very energizing class. YOU WILL FEEL ENERGIZED AND RENEWED.
