Hello!
I’m Suzanne Vick—a registered nurse, author, Hatha Kirpalu and Kundalini yoga certified. With a passion for healing both body and mind, I blend my medical expertise with the transformative power of yoga and storytelling. My journey is dedicated to empowering others on their path to wellness, balance, and self-discovery.
With over two decades of experience as a yoga instructor and studio owner, I have dedicated my career to guiding others toward physical and mental well-being. I completed a year-long Mindfulness Training at the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy in Cambridge, MA, further deepening my approach to mind-body healing.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) and recipient of a Leadership Award in Nursing, I bridge the worlds of traditional healthcare and holistic wellness, offering a unique and integrated perspective on healing.

Mindfulness Practice. With a professional mindfulness certification, I integrate techniques that promote inner peace, self-awareness, and emotional balance. My goal is to help you develop mindfulness practices that enhance your daily life.
